设备经理

1、  负责公司设备的管辖和调配，工程的组织和实施；

2、  对设备部所有人员管辖和调配，挑选和配备下属各岗位管理人员；

3、  为生产提供支持，确保设备和机器的持续运作；

4、  制定下属各岗位规范及操作规程，督促下属严格执行岗位责任制，操作规程及设备检修保养制度；

Make subordinate standards and operational procedures, each position to urge subordinates strict post responsibility system, operation procedures and equipment repair and maintenance system

5、  深入现场，巡查下属及设备工作情况，掌握人员和设备状况：

6、  不断改进原设计缺陷，支持下属进行技术改革，使设备性能日益完善；

7、  编制培训计划，定期对电工、维修人员进行培训及技术指导；

8、  负责公司设备耗材控购；
