Tasks
Manage training and qualification solution for technical competencies development. Support competency development and fulfill all the business requirement by high quality training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate all the technical training requirement as a learning partner role
Develop qualification roadmap and training plan to support competency development ba
Develop customized training solution with qualified vendors and internal resource
Monitor training and qualification status and report training result
Support and consult as a learning partner to ensure the associates' qualification
Qualifications
Bachelor degree and above is required, graduated in HR or other related major is preferred.
Profound Knowledge of training needs analysis, planning, organization, system, curriculum design and delivery
knowledge of project management
Knowledge and understanding of implementing training operation and principles
Proficient design PPT skill and presentation skill
Proficient English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analyzing and planning skills
Production related knowledge and experience
Background in training development 4-6 Years
Experience with project management 1-3 Years
