Tasks

1. Utility & fire fighting system planning and construction management.

2. Utility & fire fighting system operation, repair, maintenance and management.

3. Energy supply and statistic management, Budget planning.

4: Construction project management of utility & fire fighting .

5. ISO9001, EHS system management.

Key Responsibilities

Utility & fire fighting system planning and construction management

Lead utility and fire fighting supplier team and ensure the systems working in good condition by implementing PM, TPM and emergency maintenance, to support production and troubleshooting

Manage energy system, make energy statistic, improve the energy statistic system and make energy saving plan. Ensure the data and the related documents are exact and timely.Cooperate and communicate with technical department and support them on the energy statistic and energy target issues

Lead the audit of ISO9001, EHS 14001 and OHSAS18001 in FM team. Cooperate with internal and external audit department to audit FM system

Manage the media fee of water and steam forAC new plant.    

Implement the spare part plan and the supply system, ensure safe stock level and try to meet requirement of the production and operations, control the budget

Make budget planning, budget forecast and control the budget

Communication and related issues with external company: including plant lessor company     

Support on the management of leased property repair and maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in HVAC, heat engineering, mechanical or firefighting engineering

Knowledge of plant construction and Facility management, especially in HVAC and fire fightingsystem

Knowledge of  Auto CAD, Microsoft office softwares and effective presentation

Proficiency with ISO9001, EHS 14001 and OHSAS18001certification

Skills with utility system operation , maintenance and plant energy system management

Competency of construction project management

Proficient English, German would be an advantage

Background in Manufacturing industry utility maintenance or project management 7-10 Years

Experience in structural planning, HVAC/heating engineering, plant maintenance or industrial design 4-6 Years

Be familiar with the plant HVAC and fire fighting system operation and maintenance 4-6 Years

Several years experience in  plant construction project management 4-6 Years
