1、负责车间设备机械维修之工作，按维修单及时做好问题诊断与维修；

Responsible for equipment maintenance in workshops, timely check and repair the problems according to the maintenance list.

2、按设备保养手册和设备说明书制订保养计划建议，并按计划实施保养工作；

Set up maintenance plan or proposals according to the equipment instrument or maintenance booklet, and implement the plan accordingly.

3、根据库存情况提交备件采购申购表，负责备件之验收与急购备件之提交；

Propose spare parts purchasing application based on the stock quantity, responsible for spare parts inspection and propose emergency spare parts purchasing application.

4、指导操作工完成设备使用及简单保养工作；

Guide operators to complete the simple equipment maintenance and daily operation.

5、做好日常设备检查巡视之工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患；

Properly check the daily equipment operation, timely find out problems or potential risk and solve them.

6、负责根据备件消耗情况提交降耗建议，并逐步降低所管区域备件消耗；

Propose cost reduction of spare parts based on the spare parts consumption; continuously reduce the cost of spare parts in his/her working range.

7、做好预防性保养、维护工作，降低本区域停机工时及设备原因造成之报废量；

Properly do the preventive maintenance, reduce the equipment downtime rate as well as the scraped rate.

8、完成上级委派其他之任务。

Complete other tasks pointed by senior management.
