-      Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products:

§   Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions;

§   Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System;

§   Initiate VRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic protocols;

§   Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging;

§   Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols;

§   Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows;

§   Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;

§   Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process

§   Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…);

§   Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;

§   Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP);

§   Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments;

-      Participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO):

§   Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams;

§   Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.

-      Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors:

§   Train suppliers on Valeo standards and specifications and promote their usage;

§   Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI…);

§   Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);

§   Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000, OHSAS18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

-      Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out:

§   Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs;

§   Validate close orders quantity and supply process;

§   g obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP);

§   Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.
